Returns and Exchange

At this moment THVLVB does not accept returns; All sales are final. Exchanges may be made for apparel, if directly approved by THVLVB customer service within 10 days of purchase. For questions please email inquiry@thvlvb.com.
Customers should thoroughly check merchandise upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with their original tags.
We suggest that you always return items in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
When returning merchandise you will first need to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 10 days of receiving your order. To do this, please follow the steps below.
Reply to your original order confirmation email from inquiry@thvlvb.com with the following information:
Subject line: "Return (ORDER NUMBER)
Your order number
Your first and last name as it appears on the order
The last four digits of the credit card used for purchase
Specify the items you wish to return
Upon approval, you will be provided with an RMA number and your return must be sent out within 48 hours. You may use your own carrier and provide us with the tracking number, or you may request a shipping label, which will be provided to you via email for a fee of $15 and will be deducted from your refund.
International Return Policy
While we are happy to process sales for our international customers, unfortunately at this time we cannot accept returns from outside the USA.
